NGC 1530

NGC 1530

NGC 1530 is another giant and distant (~115 MLY) SBb galaxy in the constellation Camelopardis.  It is nice barred spiral galaxy similar to the more popular southern NGC 1365. Even in my picture some interesting details can be (surprisigly) seen in the bar.
New version, data reprocessed in 2025.
